Don Mangiarelli is the founder and principal of Enterprise Technology Solutions, a cybersecurity-focused Managed Services Provider based in Honolulu, Hawaii. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT and telecommunications, Don has been a driving force behind many of Hawaii’s most complex and high-stakes technology implementations.

He began his career as a Network Specialist and MCSE at Servco Pacific, where he led the successful execution of a Y2K systems upgrade on time and under budget. He later served as IT Director for The Shidler Group, where he designed and deployed a private ISP for over 500 tenants across seven commercial buildings, implemented Sarbanes-Oxley compliance protocols, and built a multi-state WAN infrastructure connecting offices across Hawaii and the continental U.S.

In 2011, Don launched Enterprise Technology Solutions, which quickly became Hawaii’s go-to Smart Hands IT field service provider for national MSPs. Under his leadership, ETS has delivered break/fix services, upgrade projects, and multi-site deployments for brands such as The Home Depot, Target, FedEx, and CVS, while also providing full-stack IT and compliance services to local SMBs across the islands.

Don holds certifications including MCSE, ITIL v3, and CTNS, and is known for his strategic thinking, deep network of industry relationships, and commitment to elevating Hawaii’s technology infrastructure.
