What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, company name, or message you choose to provide. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and, if you provide one, your first name.

We also collect aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics about site usage: which pages are viewed, referring sites, and general device type. This data is not tied to your identity and we do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver services. Newsletter signups are used to send periodic educational emails. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

Where it is stored

Information you submit is stored in our customer relationship management system, which is operated by a third-party provider under a data processing agreement. We retain contact records for as long as needed to serve you, and remove them on request.

Your choices

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact form or by calling 808.377.6300.
